Recommendations after permanent makeup treatment:
* For up to 2-3 days after the treatment, the skin may be swollen and irritated in the pigmented area – this is a natural reaction.
* During the healing period, the skin may feel excessively tight and dry – this is a normal reaction.
* For 24 hours after the treatment, do not consume alcohol, aspirin, spicy foods, or energy drinks.
* For up to 10 days after the treatment, the makeup color will fade to 50% of its initial color.
* After approximately 7 days, the flaking skin will be removed, and the color will become lighter.
* You must be patient – the makeup color will stabilize for up to 30 days, only then will we see the actual results of the treatment.
* Micro-scabs will appear a few days after the treatment, which should peel off naturally. They should not be scratched or mechanically removed; the area must heal on its own.
* Pigmented skin is a wound and it is essential to limit the access of bacteria (avoid dusty rooms and avoid touching it with dirty fingers or other contaminated accessories, e.g., a makeup brush).
* DO NOT touch the skin with your fingers unnecessarily or rub the skin in the pigmented area.
* DO NOT use exfoliants until the skin in the pigmented area has fully healed.
* DO NOT apply makeup to the pigmented area.
* DO NOT wash the pigmented area with soap/gel/toner or other products containing active ingredients.
* DO NOT use non-recommended cosmetics after the treatment.
Please avoid strenuous exercise for approximately 4 days after the treatment.
* DO NOT sunbathe in a tanning bed or expose your face to the sun until the entire treatment is complete (including a touch-up after approximately 2 months).
* DO NOT use a sauna for approximately 2 weeks after the treatment.
* DO NOT use a swimming pool for at least 2 weeks after the treatment. 10 days after the treatment,
1 additional touch-up to the main treatment is free and must be performed no later than 2 months after the first treatment – otherwise, after this time, each touch-up will be considered a makeup refresh.
Eyebrows:
* For 4 days after the treatment, do not apply ointment – heal for 4 days “dry.”
* When using daily facial creams, avoid the pigmented area.
* Do not wet your eyebrows, do not take excessively long showers or baths.
* When washing your hair, be very careful not to wet your eyebrows.
* Do not wrap your eyebrows in foil or other protective materials.
* Do not apply sunscreen for up to 14 days.
* Protect your eyebrows from the sun with a visor or hat if necessary, up to 1 month after pigmentation (the same applies after correction).
* For 5 days after the treatment, apply a thin layer of the special cream you will receive from me once a day (preferably at night).
* Cosmetic treatments can be performed after approximately 14 days, provided the eyebrows are avoided and protected.
Lips:
* Apply the cream/ointment from the day of the procedure for 14 days (as needed) and longer until the epidermis is fully regenerated – up to 30 days.
* Avoid sun exposure (solarium) for 1 month after the procedure and 1 month after the correction (unsightly discoloration may occur). Use the highest possible SPF after the skin has healed.
* Avoid visiting the dentist for up to 7 days after the makeup application.
Do not perform any cosmetic or aesthetic procedures on the lips for up to 14 days after the makeup application.
* It is recommended to drink fluids through disposable straws for several days after the procedure. Ensure that cutlery is clean (in restaurants, we recommend using disposable cutlery).
* Do not use cold compresses.
* If you are prone to cold sores, take anti-herpes medication before the lip correction procedure, just like with the first treatment.
